Laura Penton is an integral part of the team at Anderson Benefit Partners. As an Administrative Coordinator she provides daily service to clients, builds detailed and user-friendly group benefit guides, develops client proposals, and diligently manages employee eligibility, ensuring that information is clear and operations run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her two kids and attending their many sports and activities.  

As the owner of Anderson Benefit Partners, Mike Anderson is passionate about empowering clients with clear, effective solutions for their employee benefits, health, life, and Medicare insurance needs. Mike holds the prestigious Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) designation and previously served as president of NABIP MN, showcasing his deep commitment to the industry. Outside of work, Mike embraces his most important role as a dad to Weston, Auggie, and Alex, and a husband to his wonderful wife, Brittny. He also finds his freedom and relaxation cruising on his motorcycle.

Diane Lysen is a seasoned expert in employee benefits with comprehensive background in client services, marketing, sales and agency leadership. With extensive experience in the insurance industry she excels at building relationships with clients and other insurance professionals. A respected leader in the industry, Diane also served as Past President of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals MN, and was a recipient of the Symanitz Award for dedication and service to her clients and the industry. In her free time Diane enjoys cooking for family and friends, playing cards and board games, and traveling. She lives by her favorite motto “No Bad Days”.
